Bobby Jindal’s free speech zone.
Sep 26th, 2007 by Daniel Z.
Apparently the label of “Rovian” that Stephanie Grace placed on the Jindal Campaign seems to be correct. Not only do they try and call people corrupt without providing evidence of said corruption, they are now limiting who can attend public Jindal events.
As Cenlamar points out, Luke White (an LSU College Democrat) was asked to leave a Bobby Jindal campaign stop. He was not wearing anti-Jindal clothing, he was not being disruptive, he was not doing anything except standing there watching Bobby Jindal speak.
However, Mr. White is a well known Democrat on campus, was recognized, and was asked to leave. So it seems like Jindal is now taking the “Free Speech Zone” tactic out of the Bush handbook. I don’t know about Bobby Jindal but this is my free speech zone.
This is a truly sad event and Bobby Jindal should answer as to why people who disagree with him are not allowed to hear him speak. Is that how he will work in the Governors office as well? If so, it is just another reason why as a choice for Governor, Bobby Jindal is bad.
