Bitter Jindal Supporters?
Jan 28th, 2007 by jindalisbad
It has come to my attention that there are some supporters of Bobby Jindal that are a bit bitter because of the JindalIsBad.com website and that I and others support the discussion of known faults about our dear Mr. Jindal. I find this somewhat interesting and quite funny that an open “debate” on Mr. Jindal seems to touch some the wrong way, especially since we only report the facts that we find available to us.
It also seems a bit weird since we aren’t attacking Mr. Jindal with useless rhetoric like “Oh God Blanco sucks…” or “You would vote for Blanco, why?” or “Gov. Blankstare is an idiot”. We have no official stance on who we think should be Governor or not and if we did be assured we would have pertinent FACTS as to why our stance is that way. By the way I wouldn’t vote for her either but that is besides the point.
THE POINT is Jindal has faults like all of us, and since he will be running for a public office yet again and is constantly in the public eye representing what we citizens of Louisiana say. I find it not only diligent to put him under a microscrope but more so something we all as CITIZENS of this great country should be doing. It’s our JOB!

Very good post. I have been the benifactor of many ill comments from Jindal supporters and find their bitterness quite amusing.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Whether you (the webmaster here) support me or not we stand together on the validty and necessity of this website. Don’t blame me I voted for Jindal, that’s okay isn’t it? I used to be a Republican, I’ll never be one again after dealing with his supporters.
Tony we can’t “commit” to any candidate as that would put us in position to be biased towards other candidates. But I do applaud your cause and cander with us. Keep up the fight!
One of the problems I have with the stance of many Jindal supporters is their claim that we would have faired better after Katrina had the state elected Bobby Jindal as Governor.
This is a claim that nobody will be able to prove and there is really no basis in fact for that statement. Yet they continue to not only believe it, but they assert it in their support of this candidacy.
Blanco wasn’t my first choice, I voted for Randy Ewing in the first election because of his record as a moderate Democrat that could build a coalition. Jindal is definitely not a candidate who is suited to build a coalition, he is an extremist right winger and political opportunist who has jumped from government job to government job. I hope Jindal is aware that the term of a Governor is four years.
Jindal supporters need to stop their blind faith in their candidate and learn the truth. The future of our state depends on educated voters, not blind followers.
Absolutely Dan. Whether a voter votes for me or not they need to be armed with all the info they can muster on the candidates. The press is going to highlight a few and keep the rest obscure. If his supporters are kept blind we’re going to be in for another rough ride. I ask his supporters for instances of leadership and accomplishments. They reply his time at the DHH and HR 4671.
HR 4761 failed. His time at the DHH was ten years ago and no one can find anything in black and white to prove their point.
First question to jindal supporters should be: would jindal have federalized the guard at rove’s request. Next, would he have increase the size of the louisiana state government to allow it to run the road home, rather than use a private company. Next, will he continue with the Foster Admin’s tactics for gaining new buisness in Louisiana.
The “black and white” about his time at the DHH is this. He ran a department that is charged with providing health care to people that need it with that money and he ran a surplus. Every single penny that he ran a surplus with could have been used to provide healthcare for those who needed it. Instead, he used his ability to build a surplus (i.e. being a hatchet man) for his “resume”.
How many people went without healthcare so he could run a surplus. How many people got sicker because of his running a surplus. How many people had to go wait to see a doctor, worsening their current conditions and costing the system more money later, because he ran a surplus?
Those are the questions that need to be asked about Jindal’s record.
Or you could just find those nurses that worked as nurses during Jindal’s time in the Louisiana Department of Health. They have all told me that his cuts made it harder for them to provide needed healthcare.
Thanks for the info Dan. It will be useful!
No problem. I just hope you come up with a way to get people to actually listen to the truth.
I don’t think Jindal is some kind of God or “boy wonder.” I just want ONLY one term governors until the state begins to get better.
Fred: That is fine and I have no problem with voting in new blood. But Jindal has proven himself to NOT be new blood. He is the “same old same old” who votes against the best interest of Louisiana on a regular basis.
Jindal supporters continue verbal assault on Tony G! They call me inept but they sure keep firing their rockets at me! Perhaps they know what I’m all about. The truth. No matter how brutal it is I will stand by it. The truth is the only way out of this mess we’re in.
Jindal supporters need to stop their blind faith in their candidate and learn the truth. The future of our state depends on educated voters, not blind followers.
I couldnt agree more with this comment Dan, I just hope they the majority of the voters in this state can see past the phony testimony Pyuish delivers at the baptist churches in this state as well as the horrendous photos of his newly found passion for duck hunting.
Jindal supporters continue their efforts to belittle me in open forums. One would have to think that with this kind of expression coming from so many different people that this behavior must run rampent throughout his organization. One can only conclude this either directed or emulated from the top. Good old Louisiana politics! He’s the change we need? I wouldn’t let him change my tire.
[…] Bitter Jindal supporters […]
examples of remarks I get daily from Jindal’s camp:
Good ole phony “Tony Boloney” Gentile.
You yankee carpetbagger can spell it you want. But “you” are Phoney Boloney.
And everyone here has got you pegged.
Good, go join the other malcontents in the Democrat party.
They truely need most whiney high school graduates.
Tony Boloney” Gentile is determine to be the ” *hurd in the punch bowl “.
Appointed political jobs are just as much “politcial” as elected ones Tony Baloney. I know that with just a HS education you would be woefully unqualified to serve on the University of Louisiana System board or as the head of the Department of Health and Hospitals, but it shouldn’t precluded you from being active at the local level. Tell us Tony Baloney, how many local boards or commissions have you been appointed to?
(These guys apparently have an aversion to High Schol Graduates)
Hey, I know it’s hard for you to realize that you are not going to crack the 1% mark and that this “Indian kid” has political experience that you covet. You’re just not intellectually capable to be governor or to do what he has done with half of your life.
Only a hapless political bottom feeder would claim that he had “zero political experience” in 2003. By the time he ran for governor in 2003, he had served as the president of a university system and at two cabinent-level possitions, appointed by the Governor of Louisiana and President of the United States.
By the age of 30 what had you done Tony?
I could go on and on! This doesn’t sound like people confident in their candidate. They refer to me as being “inept” among other things. If that was so why do they spend so much energy minimizing my efforts. They know the truth!
Tony: By the age of 30 you DIDN’T ruin the Louisiana Department of Health. That is something that Jindal cant say!
That’s a good one Dan Z!
Dan Z remember our old friend tangi? Some of those comments are his. He frequents PoliticLa.com. He was going to ringside Politics but he kept harassing me. The webmaster called me up at my home wanting to know if I wanted him banned! I told him no the guy was lame. I told tangi that and he never went back. He’s now I. B. Freeman. It would be interesting to see what exactly goes on in the Jindal camp and what filters down throughout.
