An Open Letter To DBMIVFJ.com
Nov 3rd, 2006 by jindalisbad
I’m sorry but I had to direct another open letter to another Jindal fan site, DontBlameMeIVotedForJindal.com. I have to say I love the site, when I first stumbled upon it I couldn’t help but laugh of the non-education going on here. This site basically slapped up a few bad pictures of Blanco gave them funny captions and that is their basis for being mad at Blanco.
So I took the liberty of doing some cut/pasting and here is their picture snipit:

So of course what came to my mind first, why not make one of these for Mr. Jindal. If this is how I must get my message across then I guess I might as well dip into Kindergarten so that some people can understand the concept of JindalIsBad.com. (My photoshop skills aren’t very good)

Well isn’t this fun. I’m sorry I just had to do it guys and gals. Ha!

Now that the congresional elections are over and Jindal has won I just thouht I’d tell you what I think of your mislabelbeled pictures of him. You look like your in kindargarden with the poor quality of what you did to prove you’re point. I mean look at the one of Banco and compare it to you’res, You didnt event have enough pictures to match the one you were making fun of, at least theres looks like it took some real efort and you know what? Thats sad. Its sad because they really did devote some serious time and effort into it, not to mention the better part of their mental faculties. You, on the other hand, did not expend half as much time to produce yours as they did because, I sincerely hope, you understand that there isn’t a shred of legitimacy to such a childish tactic. I agree with you that much of the support that Jindal and other politicians like him garner is unwarranted, but that’s just one of the problems facing the intellectually bereft, politically entrenched South. Politics here isn’t governed by the people, its ruled by inertia: a telling sign of the willful stupidity of John Q. Southerner. People here don’t investigate the platforms or voting records of their representatives, they swoon for the sound-bites and the catch phrases that ideologues and demagogues deem too condescending to be used elsewhere in the nation. It just so happens that the Republican ranks are full of said ideologues eager to capitalize on the base fears of the herdenmensch. Not that the liberals don’t have parallels (eg. Jesse Jackson; yet at least the majority of black people end up voting for the party that better represents their socio-economic status, as opposed to poor, white, rural America perpetuating the oligarchic G.O.P.) they just don’t appeal to as obvious an audience. To console you though, one can only hope that the people who originated that pathetic piece you reacted to are just dumb college kids who like to slander others because it makes them feel tough but never actually get around to voting or even registering. I myself am a college student and have spoken to many such would be partisans among my peers; they’re quick to fall back on an opinion they never really formed, but rarely do anything worthwhile with it. Anyway, I have to go, I just found this page while looking for the results of my district’s congressional race yesterday morning. Sorry, but I didn’t have time to write anything worthwhile upon my first impression. Doesn’t mean I won’t keep reading though, and hey, no offense if you’re a southerner, I mean, we’re not all stupid are we?
Now that is one fabulous comment my friend. Very well written. And I agree my pictures show the amount of time I put into them, about 5 minutes. But that was my purpose, it’s a joke to even have those pictures of Blanco of their site because in actuality it doesn’t mean anything. All they are doing is playing with emotion vs. policy issues so I was sort of making fun of them. Sorry if I didn’t convey that well enough.
And yes I’m a southerner and no offense taken, your assessment is well taken. I look forward more of your comments.
